Formtree keeps daily backups which are stored at a secure off-site location. In an event of any unforseen circumstances, we have a system in place to restore your data within 24 hours. We strive to maintane a 99.95% uptime to ensure that you always have access to your data.
Formtree's infrastructure for storing and transmitting protected information runs in a seperate hosting infrastructure and doesn't share any credentials with Formtree's primary services. For large clients, Formtree manages individual databases to ensure data security and compliance.
Data is always transferred using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). All raw form data is encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption keys as soon as they enter our data storage servers, and each encryption key is, itself, encrypted with a regularly rotated set of master keys.
